Fruits and Vegetables: ¼ cup per serving
½ cup small pretzels
½ cup whole-grain oat O’s cereal
½ cup square-shaped whole-grain cereal
½ cup raisins or dried cranberries
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or bag.
- Mix and serve.
- When making large quantities of this recipe, store in a sealed container.
- Add ½ cup of your favorite nuts or dried fruit.
- Use any whole-grain WIC cereal.
