Delicious Tropical Smoothie

2 glasses of the tropical smoothie

Serves 2

Fruits and Vegetables: 1/4 cup per serving


1/2 cup 100% orange juice

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, non-fat or low-fat

1/2 cup strawberries (or any fresh or frozen berry mix)

1 banana, medium, peeled

¼ cup mango, chopped (fresh or frozen)


  1. Gently wash strawberries and pat dry. Remove leaves and slice strawberries in half. Wash and prepare banana and mango
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
