蔬果:每份1/2杯

食材

½杯原味優格(無脂或低脂)

½杯輕酸奶油

4茶匙蜂蜜*

4茶匙辣味褐色芥末

4杯生蔬菜(如:切片黃瓜、綠花椰菜、胡蘿蔔條、芹菜條和甜椒片)

 

作法

  1. 將新鮮蔬果洗淨並備妥。
  2. 將優格、酸奶油、蜂蜜和辣味褐色芥末放入在小碗中混合。
  3. 沾醬放入冰箱冷藏至準備上桌。
  4. ½杯生蔬菜搭配2湯匙沾醬享用。

*請勿讓12個月以下的嬰兒食用蜂蜜,否則有罕見但嚴重的嬰兒型肉毒桿菌食物中毒風險。
