Orange Smoothie

Serves:

Ingredients: 

11/2 cups milk, skim or 1%

1 (6-ounce) can frozen 100% orange juice concentrate

11/2 cups water

Instructions: 
  1. Pour milk into a blender (or a deep bowl).
  2. Add 100% orange juice concentrate and water.
  3. Blend (or beat with an egg beater) until mixture is foamy.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
