Frozen Yogurt Fruit Parfait


1 cup frozen yogurt, fat-free or low-fat

1/3 cup peaches, sliced, fresh or canned in 100% juice

1/2 cup strawberries, sliced, fresh

1 tablespoon graham crackers, crushed

1 teaspoon nuts, chopped (optional)

  1. Wash and prepare fruit.
  2. Spoon 1/4 cup of the frozen yogurt into 2 dessert cups or small bowls. 
  3. Add peaches on top of yogurt. 
  4. Layer the remaining frozen yogurt on top of peaches. 
  5. Add strawberries. 
  6. Top with crushed graham crackers and sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. 
  • Eat this parfait for dessert or snack instead of ice cream. 
  • Try using fat-free or low-fat yogurt to make a parfait for breakfast.
