Ants on a Log

Serves:

Celery filled with peanut butter and topped with raisins.
Ingredients: 

1 bunch of celery (about 12 stalks)

1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, low-fat, or peanut butter

1 cup raisins, unpacked

Instructions: 
  1. Wash celery. Trim the ends off celery and cut into about 3" lengths. 
  2. Fill inside of celery with cream cheese or peanut butter. 
  3. Place raisins along the celery on top of the cream cheese or peanut butter so that it looks like ants crawling on a log.
