Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients: 

2 cups baby spinach, fresh

1 cup skim milk

1 medium banana, sliced

1 cup strawberries, frozen or fresh

Instructions: 

1. Wash and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables.

2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
