Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Ingredients: 

6 cups baby spinach, fresh

1 cup strawberries, sliced

2 tablespoons shallots, finely chopped

2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

 

Instructions: 

1. Wash and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables.

2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl and toss.

Tips: 
  • Substitute vinaigrette dressing for raspberry vinegar and olive oil.
  • Add crumbled or shredded cheese to taste.
