2 1/2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
2 tablespoons red onions, diced
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower seeds, unsalted
2 tablespoons bacon-flavored soy bits
2 tablespoons non-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
- Wash broccoli thoroughly and chop. Peel and rinse red onion and dice about 2 tablespoons.
- Combine broccoli, onion, raisins, sunflower seeds, and bacon-flavored soy bits in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients together. Add to broccoli mixture, tossing well to coat.
- Chill two hours or longer for flavors to blend.
