Local Happenings

Two student interns from Framingham State University are working with the Central Region NEP office to conduct a series of nutrition lessons for youth at Girls Incorporated of Worcester, Sullivan Middle School, and School Age Mothers Program.

Participants are learning about the importance of being physically active and making healthy food choices through a series of lessons which include food preparation activities as well as fun games that promote good nutrition and physical activity.
