Internships

UMass undergraduates are encouraged to apply for internships in aquaculture. Opportunities include an aquaponics practicum at UMass Amherst, summer experience helping to run the Berkshire Fish Hatchery in New Marlborough, Massachusetts, and production aquaculture systems in Turners Falls. Projects include water quality assessment, environmental education, basic aquaculture techniques, and hatchery management.
