Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) has been recently discovered to be even closer to New England than previously thought. Having been found in NY sate in 2010 just west of the Hudson River and infesting an area about 30 x 15 miles and just 25 miles from the western borders of MA and CT has put New England on high alert for this unwanted pest.
